New: Customizable abridged emails
We launched Printfolder as an invite bound beta the 28th of October in Estonia. After observing the activities among Printfolder users, we instantly found a behavior that needed approvement, notification emails. As we want to be able to notify customers when new offers arrive, new messages are written on the discussion board and so on, we have a rather all-round observer attached to each event. Now imagine this: you, a customer, receive an offer from 5 different print shops, where each print shop also adds a message containing additional offer details, or just a quick note letting you know about their enthusiasm about working with you. As each event triggers a mail notification, you have now received 10 emails already. Wow, that's a lot, you could even call it.. spam!
Of course, we do not want to pollute your inbox, and that's why we developed a new solution. Instead of sending you a new email as soon as you receive a message or an offer or likewise, Printfolder sends you an abridged version of your account activities, since the last email report. The abridged report could look something like this:
If there haven't been any activities, then you will of course not receive any email.
Also, you can now choose just how often you want to receive your report. This is great news as you can adjust Printfolder with respect to your ordinary workflow, not the other way around. You can choose your preferred delivery interval under your account settings:
